Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I completed my first triathlon yesterday (Sunday 3^rd October 2010) in support of Hope and Homes for Children.  I completed a 400m swim followed, a 20km cycle (on a shopping bike) and a 5km run in my target time of under two hours 1 hour 54 minutes!.

I had pledged to raise £500 but have exceeded that target and have almost raised 1k.  It would be amazing if you could help me get there.
