I hope you had a chance to watch our "Around the World in 80 Days" episode, if not you can see it on the BBC iplayer, and there will be a highlights programme, this Friday on Children in Need night.
My paintings have now sold to raise money for Children in Need, one of them for an amazing £920.
Also, we have had a special thanks from Sir Terry Wogan to everyone who has sponsored me. We all got a mention on Radio 2 and a big thanks for raising so much money for Children in Need.
What is Around the World in 80 Days and Children in Need?
This year to raise money for Children in Need myself and BBC Breakfast's Bill Turnbull have taken part in the BBC's re-creation of Michael Palin's epic journey Around the World in 80 days.
We had the longest leg of the journey from Mongolia to Los Angeles, without flying, covering about 10 thousand miles.
We and had some incredible adventures along the way, and now we are back, we are raising money for this year's Children in Need. The money you donate here goes straight to the charity, and it is all spend on disadvantaged children in the UK.
As well as your generous sponsorship, I am hoping to raise money by auctioning oil paintings which I did during our long Pacific crossing. So fingers crossed I can get to my target.
Thanks again to all of you who have sponsored me. I really appreciate your support, and so does the charity. All the best Louise
