Well guys this is a big one the Virgin London Marathon 2010.

For Louise this is her first marathon and is something she have always wanted to do. she is feeling nervous,excited,apprehensive but most of all determined. This is Alaina's 3RD marathon having ran previously the New York marathon in 2008 and the London Marathon in 2009 she is quite the pro.

We started running a few years ago now and love entering local 10k,10 mile races and our favourite of course the Great North Run.

Training has started off pretty tough due to the horrible weather but we will push on and stick with the training plan

We know times are tough at the moment but we would love your help in sponsoring us for our chosen charity Sense.

Sense is the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind. They provide expert advice and information as well as specialist services to deafblind people, their families, carers and the professionals who work with them. They also support people who have sensory impairments with additional disabilities.

It's such a fanrastic charity which need all the help they can get. Please help us to help them !
