Obviously, most of you know why this is such a special cause for me...those of you who don't, I have been directly affected by cervical cancer and I am sadly, still fighting the good fight.  There are thousands of women who are affected every day by cervical cancer but most people aren't aware there are many different types of cancer that are not picked up via regular smears - as much research as possible needs to be done in order to help people like myself, identify such cancers before it's too late.
