On Sunday 16th May I will be running the Manchester 10k for Christies Hospital. Having been unfit for most of my life this won't be an easy challenge for me and I'm taking the training seriously....that's when it's not raining...I make no apologies for being a fair weather runner!

Cancer sadly has a direct / indirect impact  at some point during most of our lives and Christies offer fantastic treatment and support to the people and families fighting the disease. The hospital has provided some amazing treatment to members of my family and close friends over the years and I think it's time I give something back.

Every donation helps, no matter the amount, so please help me raise lots of money for a great cause!
