I am running the Paddock Wood Half Marathon this year on Sunday 11th April.

As well as a huge personal challenge, I am hoping it's a great chance to raise some money for a charity that is really important to me.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a condition of the central nervous system. It is the most common disabling neurological disease amoung young adults and affects 100,000 people in the UK.

The Multiple Sclerosis Society is dedicated to enabling everyone affected by MS to live life to their full potential and secure the care and support they need. The society provides a range of services including welfare grants, information, education and training, MS Nurses and also funds & promotes research into the cause, care and cure of MS.

If you would like to support me and donate some money to this well deserving cause I would really appreciate it - every penny helps!

Although a little nervous about the 13.14 miles, I have been training hard & hopefully it will pay off - wish me luck!
