thank you for visiting our page as by coming here you are more likely to donate and for that we are sooo greatful

 

on the 20th of June Stacey Quaye (-Dog) and I will be trecking our arses across the south downs from London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation

 

its a great cause and also a massive personal achievement for us to complete it, and hopefully really fun as well as torture

 

we are looking to raise just £250 for the charity to make it worth while and we have many mutual friends who will get two for the price of one out of their sposnsorship

 

so dig deep and think about how much 57 miles of cycling is worth, a few squids at least
