City Hearts is an organisation working to help vulnerable people find freedom and support them in restoring their lives. We work with women with life controlling issues such as drug addictions and eating disorders, men, women and families who are victims of modern slavery and we have multiple safe houses across the UK, run a prevention programme in Accra, Ghana and support refugees and women in the red light district in Germany.

City Hearts is growing all of the time and we are doing a summer of fundraising to enable us to help more and more people find that life is worth living again. 

I've volunteered and worked for City Hearts for around 3 and a half years now and I couldn't love the work we do more! Seeing clients find their feet after being through so much trauma is a huge privilege and I would love if you could give a cheeky sponsor as I do another running event (this is so not like me!).
