I ran this year's 10k Great Scottish Run on 5 September but there's still time to sponsor me. I ran to raise money for MND Scotland -  the only dedicated Scottish charity that helps people with Motor Neurone Disease. As some of you might know, this is a subject which is close to my heart and I would love to raise as much as I possibly can so if you can spare even £5, that would be so good.
