I am planning to run the Great North Run in Newcastle on 20th September. This will be my fourth half marathon but my first time in fancy dress. I will be aiming to run it in around two hours, fuelled by the power of Grey Skull.

I am raising money for Mind, a charity which helps with people who experience mental distress. One in four people are likely to experience a mental health problem at some point and yet the subject is still sometimes seen as taboo.
