Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Thursday 4th October I’m doing a Skydive, at Black Knight’s Parachute Centre, Lancaster. I’ll be jumping from 11,000 feet, to support all those who have lost a loved one to suicide.

I am raising funds for Paul's Place BCT, who offer free one to one counselling to people bereaved by suicide.

Paul’s Place BCT is named in memory of two young men who were both lost to suicide, albeit 23 years apart: Paul Jensen, Brother of Kathy Devlin, Clinical Manager at Beacon Counselling Trust; and Paul Williams, Son of Agnes and Joe Williams. As co-founders of Paul’s Place BCT, Kathy, Agnes and Joe work tirelessly to raise awareness and offer support to others bereaved by Suicide. The unique and essential specialist counselling service they provide is not offered anywhere else throughout Liverpool and Merseyside as a whole.

Beacon Counselling Trust (BCT), are a small, local, registered charity who receive no NHS or Government funding. They rely solely on donations and fundraising efforts.

Please show your support and sponsor me.

Thank you
