Its silly season again!!!, This year we are doing  a coast to coast bicycle ride in Wales starting on the 3rd May 2010

Starting at Cardiff and ending up in Holyhead, which is  254 miles over 3 mountain ranges (Brecon Beacons, Black mountains & Snowdonia)
