My darling brother Simon took his life in March following a life long battle with mental health that eventually consumed him and led to his suicide.  It has left a gaping hole in our family and we have struggled to come to terms with his death.  Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 years old.

I want to help people, like my brother, who need support.  From children with eating disorders, soldiers with PTSD right through to people just like my brother, who have just fallen into a dark hole and cannot see a way out.  Men, in particular do not seek the help they need, they do not ask for help and instead they bottle it up and the problem gets worse.

I want to support MIND (Taunton West Somerset), a charity that provides support, help and guidance for those in the South west who need it.  If I can save one life then I would be proud.
