Homelessness is devastating, leaving people vulnerable and isolated. Everyone deserves a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilled and active life.

Crisis helps people rebuild their lives through housing, health, education and employment services. They work with thousands of homeless people across the UK and have plans to work with many more.

On August 2^nd myself, along with many colleagues will be attempting to cycle the Ride 100; a 100 mile cycle race around London. I would be honoured if you would sponsor me on behalf of such a great charity! The below represents the help and support Crisis can give to others less fortunate than ourselves for varying amounts of support – no matter how big or small the donation; all money raised will be hugely appreciated by those who are homeless or without the comforts you and I sometimes take for granted.

£50 Helps someone gain the skills or qualifications they need to turn their life around

£100 Provides support, training and equipment to help someone find their way back into employment

£250 Provides one-to-one support to help someone find a safe place to call home
