Our Family and Private Client departments are staging a sponsored 10k walk on Sunday 17 October 2010 to raise money for the Children's Adventure Farm Trust based in Millington, a short distance from our Knutsford office.

As the family department, we are encouraging our own family members to join us and it will certainly be a big challenge for some of our youngest walkers - and for those who may end up carrying them!

The Children's Adventure Farm Trust offers free adventure breaks and activities to children from all over the Northwest who are disadvantaged by illness, disability and poverty. It's running costs are over £700,000 per year. It receives no statutory funding and is therefore entirely dependent on donations. The walk will take place in Tatton Park in what we are sure will be glorious autumnal sunshine (!)
