Next Summer (2020) I will be taking part in a Global Hope Project in Sri Lanka. The project aims to spread social justice to people who may be more vulnerable than ourselves.

 I will be volunteering in an SOS Children's village. The orphanage supports children who have maybe lost their parents or would be unsafe in their care. Hopefully I can make a positive impact on these children’s lives as living in extreme poverty can have a significant effect on a child's self esteem and confidence. I am really looking forward to meeting the children and introducing them to new games, activities and challenges! This is an amazing experience where I will be able to engage with a different culture and help the children as much as I can!
