First Choice Conference and Events are happy to be supporting Winston's Wish, a local charity doing amazing work.

Winston’s Wish, the charity for bereaved children, helps young people re-adjust to life after the death of a parent or sibling. By providing professional assistance before, during and after bereavement they help them to better understand the nature of loss and offer the practical support and guidance that many need in order to cope throughout the grieving process.

Having been a bereaved child myself, this is a cause very close to my heart, as I know just how tramatic and awful it is to lose a parent at a young age.

I will be running the Stroud Half Marathon (yes, 13 miles!) with my Aunty Mags on Sunday 24th October. Please dig deep and donate as much as you can, every little bit helps and will make a huge difference to the children supported by Winston's Wish.
