Green day is the annual fundraising initiative from Magpas, the Emergency Medical Charity which saves countless lives each year across the region
Green Day is a lot of fun, and its so easy to do. Just wear something green and collect £1 from everyone that takes part. The proceeds from the event will literally help to save lives.
To take part in Green Day and get your fantastic Green day pack please call Debbie on 01480 371062 or email debbie@magpas.org.uk. The pack includes plenty of ideas (for schools there is a lesson plan, ideas for teachers) a poster, stickers and a collection box.
When else does anyone get the chance to help save lives for a £1?
The aim of all of Magpas’ activities is to save lives in the east of England. The Emergency Medical save people at the roadside and the Community First Reponders save people in their local communities.
Magpas effectively watches over every single one of you, your loved ones, friends and work colleagues.
By supporting Magpas, anyone who suffers a serious road traffic accident or major incident could have their life saved by the help you give Magpas.
Magpas are funded by donations from the public - from people like you. It costs approximately £550,000 per year for Magpas to keep this life-saving service going.
