I am going up Snowdon on Sat 5th September for Matthews Friends a charity that supports children who suffer from refractory epilepsy by promoting the use of a ketogenic diet to assist in controlling the debilitating and damaging seizures that they experience.

I am fat and unfit so could die in the process :-) so please give generously as it could be the last thing I do
