On Saturday 16th May 2015 I shall be taking part  in a charity  event abseiling down the Orbit Tower to help raise funds for Jigsaw4U: a charity in South West London which supports children and young people experiencing bereavement, loss and trauma. I blithely volunteered for this as I've abseiled before, but the tower is much higher than I've ever experienced so it's a challenge too.  If you can spare £5 or more to support Jigsaw4U in their crucial work, please sponsor me!
