This 10 mile walk will be the 4th charity walk i have done whilst working at Asda but this time i have been personally affected with Breast Cancer.

I had a double Mastectomy on 28th April this year but thankfully no further treatment was needed and i returned to work on 28th June.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my family, Dave, Julie & James, Karen & Lee and my grandson Harry for their love and support through a traumatic time also not forgetting friends, colleagues and customers for their support and prayers.

A special thanks to Janet who also had breast cancer who was there for me in support and she will also be taking part in the walk.

Also in our thoughts is Debbie and her family who sadly passed away last week losing her battle with cancer.
