I am part of a team of 40 slightly unhinged, middle aged-ish people talking part in the Nuts Challenge. It's a 7km military themed obstacle course through muddy terrain.

We are raising money for an amazing charity called Child Rescue Nepal, to help fund one of their family based children's homes in Nepal.

The money we raise will pay for the roof over their heads, hot food, pastoral care and counselling. These children have been rescued from appalling conditions and this charity is their only hope.
