Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. My Mission: Along with a team of work colleagues I will be walking the National Three Peaks Challenge raising money for Demelza Hospice Care for Children.  The Challenge involves tackling Ben Nevis in Scotland standing at 1344m high, Scafell Pike in England standing at 978m high and Snowdon in Wales standing at 1085m high, all to be completed within the 24 hour time limit.

Completing this challenge will help provide support for children aged up to 19 with life limited or life threatening conditions, and of course their families will benefit too.

Demelza’s Mission: “To provide a needs led specialist care service to children and young people who are unlikely to reach adulthood. We support the family as a whole by working in partnership with the local community and professionals to provide choice, an improved quality of life and individual expert care”.  Demelza’s Vision: “To be there for every life-limited and life-threatened child, young person and their family, within our region as and when they need us”.  If you would like to find out more about Demelza you can visit http://www.demelza.org.uk/

All money raised in this event goes towards Demelza and their mission.

All donations are welcome J and thank you for your time,

Martin.
