Hallo, thanks for visiting my page.

On 16th September I'll be running the BUPA Great North Run to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis UK.

I'm doing this for one of my very special friends, Patche Mendy.  Patche suffers from Crohn's disease and yet never seems to let this stop her living life to the full and giving so much to those around her.  She is truly an inspirational person.

There is no cure for Crohn's disease, but with your help maybe, one day soon, there will be...
