First time running the great north run and couldn't of picked a better charity to run for. 

Tearing a ligament in my knee 8 weeks before the race is not ideal preparation but I'm hoping the cross the finish line even if I have to crawl over. 

Running for the dog and cat shelter as I think charities like this can often be over looked so hoping to raise as much as I can!
