Poppy Quinn Smith was our 3rd child and was born sleeping at term on the 16th of September 2014 - She had a rare form of heart disease and a diaphragmatic hernia caused by a life limiting syndrome know as Trisomy 18. 

During our pregnancy, after her birth and since her funeral Forget me nots have been there for us to create memories, deal with grief and spend time with our baby in their onsite chilled apartment. We wouldnt be where we are emotionally or have the memories with our baby we do if it wasn't for their work, facilities and friendship. 

Their work is done solely on donations and we hope to raise money in Poppy's remembrance to help and bless the lives of other parents and help them to make the most with their children who are facing short lives because of a life limiting condition.
