A couple of months back a super lady and mother of a great friend of mine passed away after a long battle against cancer.  Her daughter Jo decided that she wanted to participate in this 20 mile walk in order to raise cash for Maggies Centres (a cancer care charity) and as I'm concerned about her ability to walk that far and general safety at that time of night I decided that I better join her.
Please dig deep and give what you can so that if she makes it through the night unaided my participation's worthwhile anyway.
