This is my mad cap fundraising effort for 2017!!

I am joining the NeuroMuscular Centre's "MizMal" Cycling Challenge Team for a 250 mile stretch of the Wild Atlantic Way on the West Coast of Ireland.

The incredibly brave team of 16 brave men and women will take on this arduous challenge and cycle the full length of Ireland from Mizzen Head to Malin Head (about 500 miles in total). The aim is to raise over £20,000in the process.

I will be the oldest member of the team and my challenge is to cycle the middle section - about half the total length of Ireland. I know this will be a huge physical challenge for me. Undoubtedly exhausting but with your sponsorship heading to such a great cause, I am sure I'll be determined and inspired to achieve more than I believed was possible!
