On September 14th I'm participating in the Etape Cymru, "an ‘epic’ lung-busting, leg-aching, end of season closed road sportive, which provides the most challenging closed-road test in the UK". Eeek!

I'm doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, an amazing organisation that help so many families unfortunate enough to have had their lives touched by cancer.
