Story

As part my personal triathlon i will aim to complete 10 lengths of a 25m swimming pool followed by a 200m walk with my frame and finally by  completing a 15km hand cycle. I have never done all three disciplines consecutively before  but i am to complete all three disciplines within one day which will add  to the challenge.

i was born with cerebral palsy so this means that completing this triathlon will be a great achievement as i have to work extra hard to be successful   I have chosen to raise money for RDA as they are a charity that are very close to my heart . 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the RDA.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
