Headway Portsmouth have supported my wife Mel since her brain injury in 2010 and have suppported me in understanding her difficulties. What may be invisible to others is very visible to Mel and our family .

I have also seen the suppprt that the groups give to so many people from all walks of life , and met many of the service users who are amazing.

Mel gives her time to volunteer but she cannot undertake an abseil so she has volunteered me!!
