So after saying never again after doing the Yorkshireman half marathon last year here I am again but I am doing this for an amazing reason this time........

My friend Rachael tragically and unexpectedly lost her Husband Bob this year which devastated her life and the lives of their 2 young children George & Grace both aged 10 (pictured with their dad Bob above)   and left the whole family and their  friends with a massive hole in their hearts.

Bob was looked after at BRI intensive care unit and was provided with a speaking machine which had to be borrowed from another   hospital as the BRI do not own one themselves. 

This machine brought much comfort to Rachael  and the children as they could communicate with Bob when they went to see him.

So guys with Rachael's blessing,  I am running this with the support of my hubby Rob and my friends Ady & Richard in memory of Bob to try raise a few quid to put towards a speaking machine for BRI Bradford so that in the future they have this to offer other families should they need it.

So if you can spare a couple of quid that would be amazing!
