Many of us will struggle with mental health difficulties at some point in our lives and more so now since the pandemic.

A charity I am so pleased to be a part of and want to provide further support...Number 22 Counselling service is an exceptional Charity with over 100 voluntary counsellors providing a free service to young people and adults within the local community - covering Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and surrounding areas including Marlow and Burnham and also provides much needed school counselling support within some local secondary schools too. With increasing demands the Charity requires continued financial support.

March the 13th will be my 50th birthday and what better way to 'celebrate' than doing a long run - around 16 to 17 miles.  For those that know me, I enjoy a run, but I am not a runner.  The longest I have done is around 8 - 9 miles (the last time in November 20).  This will be a stretch for me, along with  a 'dodgy' knee, but it's about the end result and the hope that people will support this cause.

The target is at £500, but it would be wonderful to make it higher.  A donation of any size would be greatly appreciated.
