Story

Hello Everyone,

On Sunday 26th May, Ad and I will be running our first ever Marathon (all of 26.2 miles) in Edinburgh!

We’ll be running to raise money for Survivors of Abuse (S.O.B.), a fantastic charity set up by Chris Tuck that works to “rebuild and empower adult victims and survivors through health and wellness so that they can find love, life and laughter after abuse.”

"S.O.B. also educates social workers, councillors, special support services and Government about the impact of childhood abuse and how mindset, nutrition, fitness and de-stressing can improve the mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing of the adult survivor and their families.”

To discover more about S.O.B. and find out more of the amazing work that they do, please go to their website: https://survivorsofabuse.org.uk

Any donation would be hugely appreciated, and will inspire us every step of the way.

Thank you so much!
