I am raising money for Windmills Opportunity Playgroup, Burgess Hill, of which I'm the Chairperson. The Playgroup caters for pre-school children, especially, but not exclusively, those with special needs of any kind. Unfortunately, the Playgroup has to rely mainly on donations, grants & other fundraising as there is inadequate financial support from the authorities, despite there being a great need for this type of Playgroup serving the local area. 

I am also raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, & have set up a separate Justgiving site so that you can donate to either or both of these very deserving causes.

To "earn" your support, I'm taking part in the Orpington Half Marafun on 8th May, & will be hoping to cover the 13.1 miles by power walking in less than 3 hours.
