We are a group of reserve soldiers, some old and bold and some young keen guys that are determined to help change step, veterans and their families. 

In November, 5th to the 9th we plan to walk 100 miles from Pembroke to Cardiff to mark the 100 year anniversary of the first World War. 

The aim is to raise awareness of the battles that still rage for many of our veterans and their families, to help reduce mental health stigma and to support change step in order to continue to provide the best possible service helping our veterans to overcome physical and mental health issues. 

Suicide among our veterans is very real, battles continue to be fought returning home, we are determined to raise this issue and help end this now and for our future military service men and women.
