Fundraising for Innocence Project
Story
In light of the recent events in the USA, Tom and I have decided to act on our anger by trying to raise as much money as we can and spread awareness of the racial issues facing African Americans in the US.
Our charity, The Innocence Project, aims to free the staggering number of innocent people who remain incarcerated and to reform the system responsible for their unjust imprisonment.
Our Challenge -To do 10 Murphs in 10 days.
1 Murph comprises:
1 mile of running
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
another 1 mile of running
In total, we will be completing 20 miles of running, 1000 pull ups, 2000 push ups and 3000 squats.
