Hi!

I'm running the British 10k on July 11th, and need your help to raise money for two in-need animal charities. Brook Farm Animal Sanctuary rescues pretty much any animal in need, including farm animals, horses, cats and dogs. And the Animal Helpline Dog Re-Homing charity takes in neglected or unwanted dogs, often saving them from shelters where they're due to be put down.

I've chosen these two charities because they're both run on a shoestring by dedicated people - and don't have the resources to advertise the great work they're doing.
