We are running the Great North Run this year for the British Heart Foundation. We chose this charity as Sarah's Dad has had some heart problems this year and this is our very small way of doing our bit to support.

Please don't feel under any pressure to sponsor us, we know times are tough but if you do want to support us we'd be very appreciative.

2 weeks to go to the race and were both training hard - got enough blisters and injuries to prove how much were trying to hit our target times!
