I contracted Meningococcal Septicaemia in May 2013,if i had not rung the ambulance when i did i would not be here today,i was in a coma for 2 weeks and suffered 20%  skin loss on my legs,i lost the majority of my toes and spent three months in hospital .It as been a long and hard recovery but without the help from Meningistis Now I would not feel so positive about what's happened,Meningistis Now gave us so much support,counselling for me and my daughter and were always at the end of the phone when i was having a bad day.I want no other person to go through what I did,in raising awareness and funding for Meningistis Now I hope this will help a little to achieve that.
