Hi everyone, thank you for visiting my page, you have taken the first step in helping me to raise money for the Aspire charity, a charity which helps people with spinal cord injuries.

My challenge is to swim 22 miles in a 12 week period, which is the equivalent to swimming The Channel.  I have decided that I should exceed the challenge and swim double the distance, therefore I will be swimming 44 miles during the same period.
