Dear Family & Freinds,

On the 11th December I will be participating in an Enlightennext charity fundraiser a "Meditation Marathon" to raise much needed funds for this charity whose work I have been wholeheartedly involved with and committed to supporting for more than 24 years.

 At 6 pm on Saturday 11th along with many others I will be diving deep into this 24 hour Meditation Marathon and like the gladiators of old be engaging in a direct confrontation with my mind. A confrontation that will without a doubt bring about a full range of experiences from knee pains, resistance, insight and letting go, drowsiness and time passing slowly, to also if I'm lucky the bliss of no time and that stillness beyond the mind that meditation reveals as our own true self, that place from which we have never left.

Enlightennext www.enlightennext.org is doing what I regard as the most important work we as human beings can be doing in our short lifespan, that is to evolve conciousness together. Supporting my marathon will help Enlightennext enormously in taking the next step forward and in so doing is a priceless gift to humanity.
