Story

Folks

This Sunday I will be aiming to complete the Hyde Park Triathlon. On this one occasion I thought I would use the opportunity to try and raise money for my favourite charity, Great Ormond Street Hospital (Gosh). The hospital provides inspirational and world class care to hundreds of children every day. They are my chosen charity as they saved the life of my younger brother when he was a newborn baby and their kindness and caring has stayed with me ever since.

The event requires that I swim 1.5km through the Serpentine, dry off by Cycling 40km and then finish by running 10km. The more observant amongst you may have noticed that I am not the ideal distance athlete build so you may rest assured this will have me puffing.

There are of course many legitimate reasons why you may not wish to donate on this occasion and I completely understand if this is the case. However if you would like to make a contribution to this terrific cause I know the money will help to provide invaluable care for kids.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
