Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now...

The Game: I am planning to complete the marathon at some point between 3:15 hours and 4:30 hours.

I am very much hoping to sell every minute between 3:15 and 4:30 for £10 each to reach my target of £750. (I know, you have now realised that its first come first served so if you want the minutes closest to 4:30 you had better call me quick!).

In keeping with the sporty/Reed’s/tennis theme, a prize will be awarded to which ever person/group of people have bought the minute that I do eventually come in on.

Most importantly... The Prize:

·         A Tennis lesson with Jamie Feaver (wherever suits you/The All England Club, Wimbledon). Jamie is a fully qualified LTA tennis coach and is currently a world ranked touring professional, playing tournaments and training all around the globe.

·         The winner will also get a big coffee table book that looks back at the history of The Wimbledon Championships, signed by Old Reedonian and ex-British number 1 Tim Henman.

·         I am continuing to try and bump up the prize fund so there will hopefully be a couple of runner up prizes.

The Charity: I am running on behalf of The Reed’s School Foundation, which provides places at Reed’s School for talented children who otherwise would not have an opportunity to attend the school do to distressing circumstances at home. Reed’s School was originally set up by Andrew Reed in 1813 as a charitable venture for orphaned children in London. The Foundation keeps the charitable nature of the school going into the present day.

If you would like more information please do let me know, it is also worth having a look at the Reed’s School Foundation website http://www.reeds.surrey.sch.uk/page/foundation.

Please give me a call for more information about the charity or to discuss this VERY VERY wise investment opportunity that I am offering.

Get Involved: To buy a minute either give me a call, send me an email or donate on my just giving page (quoting which minute you would like) please also include your phone number encase you preferred minute has already been sold and I can then try to sell you an alternative!

Thanks in advance for your generosity.

Mike
