So somehow I have been entered into / agreed to take part in a 12 mile Army style assault course.

For the last 3-4 months I have been working out with a personal trainer and eating lots of meat in the hope that I might make it across the finish line alive?! In hindsight the money I have spent on 6.00am training sessions and steaks I could have just donated and saved myself a lot of pain... but its too late and there is no backing out now!

 It costs SFTS £10 per guest per day to provide a warm bed, breakfast, a hot evening meal and a wide range of services. I am hoping to raise £700, which i know will make a real difference!
