During early lockdown I was suffering with health anxiety. It was the toughest few months of my life to date, which I was only able to get through due to the support of my family and friends. In this time I couldn't help but think about people with a similar illness who unfortunately don't have the support from loved ones around them. 

'Mind In Salford' is a charity provides quality services to make a positive difference to the mental health of the people in this city. The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on everyone's mental health and never has there been such a need for access to small organisations like this one. Every donation helps the charity and the local people of Salford. Help them to continue the brilliant work they do!
