Did you know;

The difference in life expectancy is growing between rich and poor in Leeds and that is simply unacceptable. Social isolation, disadvantage and mental health problems are on the increase and there is more need than ever for projects to support people and improve life chances.

Money
will go to support people living in East North East Leeds who are struggling
with social isolation, poor mental health, poor diet, low self-esteem, long
term health conditions and /or social and economic deprivation.
