On the 22 - 26 September 2010, I will be taking part in  the “Brussels Sprout” cycle challenge, cycling from The PACE Center in Aylesbury, to the centre of Brussels. It's a trip of approximately 380 miles,all in aid of raising money to support children with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy.

The PACE Centre is a UK charity and school providing intensive input for children with motor disorders. For children with physical disabilities even simple tasks can be their 'Mount Everest'

Why do they need your help?  It's simple!

1 in every 400 children in the UK is affected by cerebral palsy. Your support enables PACE to reach children and families though intensive programmes, training and outreach. They depend on donations from trusts, businesses, groups and individuals.

If you choose to donate, not only will you be supporting The PACE Center, but you will also be entered into a draw to win a 5 course meal, for 4 people, cooked entirely by Chef Hannon!  I will personally design a menu, prepare, cook and serve the meal, all in the surroundings of your own home. All the winner of the draw has to do is invite 3 friends, and let me into your Kitchen!
