On Friday 23rd August, Nacro staff across Lincolnshire will be donning their walking boots and walking 18 miles from Woodhall Spa to our Young Person's project in Lincoln.

We have set ourselves this challenge in order to raise money to provide our service users with opportunities to learn new skills, take part in activities and provide them with communal meals. 

At Nacro in Lincolnshire we provide temporary, supported accommodation to young people aged 16 - 17, and adults aged 18+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We help those who are most in need, and hardest to engage, to find and/or maintain accommodation. We offer them the opportunity to feel secure, and encourage them to be independent and achieve their life goals. Our service users are the heart of our work and we would love to be able to host more activities, events and projects to involve and engage them as well as growing them as individuals.

The funds raised will be split across the hundreds of bed spaces we have across the county to provide extra food resources, host community inclusive events and lots of in house activities tailored to suit the current service users.

We are asking that you please donate as much as you can afford to support the homeless community within your local areas.
