Astley Park School is a fabulous school. It's an SEN school that has around 165 pupils both in primary and secondary age. The staff are just out of this world and make each child feel so loved, and what can I say about the head master Mr Welsh...he just blows my mind at how much he is dedicated to his job. The pride he has for his school and every child that's in it just pours out of him! 

I was utterly devastated to hear that the schools outdoor classroom had been burnt down as a result of an arson attack. My son has been going to this school since the age of 4 and he's soon turning 8. He asks me every morning if they'll be getting the bikes out today...he literally LOVES being outside! 

In total the school has lost over £15,000 due to damage this fire has caused! So this is why I have set up this JustGiving page so that the friends and family of Astley Park can share and promote this page and we can rally round to try and help rebuild what the school has lost. It would be great to have CCTV installed so that these little monkeys can finally be caught out and that the future of Astley Park School is protected. I'm just so thankful that the main school building wasn't affected...could you imagine the impact that would have on our children?
